Mr. Levy has been in the Telecom and IT industry business for more than 25 years. He had served at top governmental position as the Head of Economic and Planning in the Ministry of Communications and dealt with regulatory affairs, monopolistic and anti-competitive issues, licensing and legislation.
Subsequent to it Governmental position, Mr. Levy had served at corporate level managerial positions in companies such as Bezeq and Israel's Postal Company, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as in Cellcom, Barak, Terayon and ECI.
Working in the private sector, Mr. Levy acquired extensive experience in dealing with regulatory affairs, Governmental tenders, business strategy, business development, merger & acquisition, finance and procurement. Throughout his business carrier Mr. Levy has gained a broad and deep understanding in business negotiations and commercial agreements.
Following its formal education in Chinese Studies since 1988, Mr. Levy has been engaged in commercial dealing with Chinese companies from 1998, and is exceptionally familiar with Chinese market and culture.
Mr. Levy is fluent in English and Hebrew, and masters Mandarin Chinese.
